ELIM CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY
ELIM CHRISTIAN ASSEMBLY
Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve wells of water and seventy palm trees; so they camped there by the waters. ( Exodus 15:27 NKJV )
We are a Bible-centered church committed to knowing God, walking in alignment with His ways, and advancing His purposes in our generation.
We believe Christianity is more than religious activity or tradition. It is a call to walk with the living God through truth, covenant, obedience, transformation, and relationship.
Our heart is to see people genuinely know God, grow in spiritual maturity, walk in holiness, and become effective witnesses of Jesus Christ in everyday life.
We believe the church is called not only to gather believers, but to equip them to live as ambassadors of God’s Kingdom wherever they go.
Who We Are
Meet Our Leadership Team
And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. ( Ephesians 4:11-13)

Our Culture
We desire to cultivate a church culture characterized by the following:
Humility: An attitude of selflessness, not self-deprecation. We do not deny our gifts or contributions. We do, however, give all glory to God. And we choose to value others above ourselves. God has not brought us into community to receive or rule. He has brought us to give and serve.
Honor: We give utmost reverence to God, and as a result, give respect the people made in his image and likeness. We seek to live not just morally upright lives, but to live in ways that demonstrate our morality by our respect for others.
Truth: We refuse to compromise our understanding or presentation of reality for the sake of comfort, sentiment, or personal gain. We do not contour our words because it is advantageous or convenient. Instead, we seek to see and share things as they are, because God is perfect and His word is inerrant. We cannot corrupt his communication with our own.
Integrity: James 2:26 tells us that faith without works is dead. Strong beliefs mean nothing if we do not live by them. We seek to be not just hearers, but doers of the word (James 1:22).
Compassion: Jesus calls us to be agents of mercy, those who serve “the least of these” his brothers and sisters: the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, the naked, the sick, and the prisoner. Our heart, at ELIM, is to help, heal, give, and forgive, and in this way to minister, not to just to people, but to Christ.
Accountability: In salvation we members of the Body of Christ, brothers and sisters in the Family of God. We are, therefore, no longer independent. When one of us stumbles, we all do. We answer to each other for our choices, and behavior. We are our brother and sister’s keeper.
Spiritual Maturity: Sanctification is progressive. God intends for us not just to know more about Him but to become more like Him, as He reforms and refashions us daily. We should be growing therefore, not just intellectually, but emotionally, and behaviorally. If we are smart and mean, something is wrong.
When you visit our church, you can expect an environment centered on God’s presence, grounded in the Bible, and committed to spiritual growth and transformation.
We are a church that takes God, His Word, and His purposes seriously.

We do not expect perfection, but we do believe God calls every believer to continual growth, obedience, and transformation.
