Beloved,

Across many territories, the Body of Christ is active, sincere, gifted, and hardworking. Churches labor. Prayer groups gather. Ministries serve. Intercessors contend. Leaders carry burdens. Yet despite much activity, many regions remain fragmented, reactive, and spiritually underdeveloped.

The issue is often not a lack of passion.

The issue is a lack of alignment.

Many labor faithfully, but separately. Many pray intensely, but without shared objectives. Many leaders care deeply, but without a trusted place where burdens, insight, and strategy can be brought together before the Lord.

What if a territory could move from scattered effort to coordinated stewardship?

What if the Body in a region could function less like isolated parts and more like one living organism?

What if prayer, leadership, influence, and mission could become aligned toward preparing the land for a sustained move of God?

The promise is for you.

The nations are waiting to see God through you.

What We Believe

We believe God desires to reveal Himself to His people and dwell among them.

We believe Christianity is more than ritual, tradition, or information about God.

We believe it is an invitation into a transformational relationship with God that reshapes how we think about and walk with Him.

We believe one of our core assignments is to help reintroduce people to God through sound biblical teaching, discipleship, and prayer.

What We Do

At EGMI, we teach the principles and practices of God we have learned by walking with Him.

Our bootcamps, conferences, encounter sessions, and missions initiatives, use biblical teaching, prayer, and leadership development to prepare people to know God, grow in discernment, and walk in alignment with His purposes.

We desire is to help cultivate spiritually grounded believers through whom God can work faithfully within churches, communities, regions, and nations.

Our VISION

Our vision is to see spiritually mature people fully aligned with the God of the Bible, so that through them, God can reveal His character, demonstrate His wisdom, and show Himself strong in the earth.

Our mission is both to teach the truths of God and model the ways of the God, preparing people to know Him, walk in alignment with Him, and serve His purposes within in both the church and the world.

Our MISSION

EGMI offers 5-day and 6-month intensive training at our New York City center.

Upon completion of the training, each applicant will understand and be able to model the lifestyle necessary to:

  • Raise effective altars or repair broken altars anywhere in the world.

  • Open the heavens and draw the presence of God on that altar.

  • Engage in spiritual warfare to destroy personal darkness and its

    effects.

  • Raise disciples who can engage in spiritual warfare to break the grip

    of darkness over territories.

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES:

Digging the Wells Mini-Boot Camp

This is a five-day training program in which applicants will begin transitioning from prayer warriors to Intercessors. There is no record in the Scriptures where God called for “prayer warriors.” He did look for Intercessors but found none. During this time, the applicants will learn how to dig deeper wells in their relationship with God that will lead them to a lifestyle of pursuing and fulfilling their destiny.

Set Apart Boot Camp

Raising a priesthood that can stand worthy before God on behalf of His purposes. Applicants in this program have committed themselves to six months of full-time engagement at a specific missionary training center. Training will include an active mission deployment in mission fields led by our covenant partners.

  • Participating in the EGMI Boot Camp, I learned the difference between praise and worship and how to dig deeper into scripture to identify the many varied attributes of God.   My prayer life was taken to another level as these attributes were woven into my praise and worship for the glory of His Almighty Name!  Time and again, I was given the opportunity to practice this new way to pray so that I returned home with a greater understanding and practical knowledge.   Additionally, the whole EGMI experience was enhanced by the people I met there:  True hearts dedicated to the Lord, these beautiful people welcomed me with hospitality that was above and beyond what I could ever have hoped for or expected.  I not only learned how to be a better intercessor, I experienced a true and loving community.

  • "I give many thanks to Pastor Shayne and his staff/volunteers. My time at the Digging the Wells mini boot camp surpassed any expectations I had. I went with the understanding that my life would be changed and that I would encounter God. A dear friend of mine shared how her life had been impacted by Pastor Shayne’s ministry. She shared her life had been changed after a three days stay in New York. Listening to her testimony, my heart longed for such an experience. I wanted to go deeper in God and felt He was beckoning me to go deeper but I was not certain of how and what that meant to be honest. I knew I wanted and needed more than another church conference, bible study or prayer meeting (although all those things have helped me along my Christian journey). So, with this opportunity before me, my sister and I registered and went to New York. After the second day, my declaration was that I had been changed. During my time at the boot camp, I felt like prior, I had merely been a spectator from afar of a God I had served for 25 years. The mini boot camp has transformed my life to where I am no longer satisfied with my current understanding about this God I serve. My desire to know Him, love Him and make Him known is my reality not just a fleeting thought, good idea or even the thing to do as a good Christian. The mini boot camp introduced me to God Almighty who made covenant with Abraham, Issac and Jacob, the One who sent His only begotten Son to die that we might have eternal life. I did not come away with mere steps on intercession, I came away with a renewed and vibrant personal relationship with God."
